Dr. David Damien gave up his former medical career to fulfill the Lord’s calling in 1985 and moved from Egypt to Canada in 1988. He is Director of Watchmen for the nations (founded by Pastor Bob Birch). Under this banner, the Lord has commission him with a vision to rally the church in Canada to be God’s dwelling place so that Canada’s destiny will be realised. Since 1995 he has been involved in a series of strategic meetings called “The Gatherings”. Their focus is to wait before the presence of the Lord for His agenda, to hear His heart and obey. David’s passion is for God’s people to be prepared as the Bride of Christ waiting for His coming.
