 In life and ministry, we lead in some areas and perhaps follow in others. A great leader must therefore first understand what it means to follow. Also, Christian leaders must run the race of leadership in such a way that will inspire and challenge others to follow.
For that, they must first be equipped to run the race. How do they prepare themselves, what are the qualities of a leader in the first place?
