Disaster Relief
Natural disasters have been plaguing a number of nations in recent times. Flooding in the Philippines and Vietnam has left about half a million people homeless. Samoa and Tonga have been flattened by the tsunami wave. Indonesia is reeling from two devastating earthquakes that have destroyed buildings, roads and other infrastructures. The town of Padang has crumbled and many are buried in the rubble.
Let's pray:
- For a speedy response to help those affected by the disasters
- For God's comfort and solace be upon those who are bereaved of their loved ones
- For strength and good health be upon medical and relief personnel as they serve the victims
- National and international aid to reach the victims for relief and reconstruction.
Should you wish to contribute to the affected countries through us, kindly follow the steps below:
- Make cheque payable to "NECF Malaysia"
- Designate it for the affected countries e.g. Indonesia, Philippines, etc.
- Send it to our office address at 32, Jalan SS2/103, 47300, Petaling Jaya
We will channel the funds raised to our counterparts in these lands for the ongoing humanitarian and relief work.
